@walnuthillsel held their Beautification Day on Friday, May 3. Students planted gardens with vegetables and flowers, participated in a plant talk, learned about insects, and planted Honeycrisp apple trees. Snap peas from the garden will be used in Farm to School Summer programming at WCSD Picnic and Play sites as part of the statewide “Snap for Snap Peas” campaign. Thank you to Lowe's Home Improvement on Jordan Creek Parkway for their donation of 480 plants to make the school look beautiful! WHS Intramurals

Intramurals

Intramurals provide students the opportunity to participate in a variety of recreational activities after the regular school day. Intramural activities are conducted within the district and do not involve events with other school districts.

Participation in intramurals not only provides a chance for students to be active, but nurtures a healthy spirit of competition, sportsmanship and teamwork. All students in grades 10-12 are encouraged to get involved. Every student is given an equal opportunity to participate regardless of physical ability.
