This Summer, we are excited Greater Des Moines will play host for the fifth time for the AAU Junior Olympic Games, July 26-August 5, 2023! This event brings in over 14,000 athletes in addition to coaches, parents, fans, and has a huge impact on our community and state. The AAU Junior Olympic Games will take place at Drake Stadium, MidAmerican Energy Aquatic Center, and the MidAmerican Energy RecPlex and will result in an estimated total economic impact of $44 million dollars. There will be different shifts that are different times, locations, and days. Each sport will have different jobs, the descriptions are included with the link!
