Details
We are looking for volunteers for our Courage Urbandale soccer and flag football program Saturday mornings. Join participants who are eager to have fun and learn new soccer and flag football skills and techniques! Volunteers will come dressed and ready for physical activity and will participate in fun fitness games and exercises with our participants, who have special needs and/or chronic health issues. Sign up for one date or come each day, whatever fits best into your schedule.
