Details
The Des Moines Mini Maker Faire is a gathering of fascinating, curious people who enjoy learning and who love sharing what they can do. From engineers to artists to scientists to crafters, the faire is a venue for these “makers” to show hobbies, experiments, projects and more.
We are looking for 22 volunteers per shift!
- 10 Skill Station Volunteers (sewing, plastic fusing, and cardboard builds)
- 4 Wayfinding and Exhibitor Support Volunteers
- 4 Innovation Lab Workshop Volunteers
- 4 Experience Platform Volunteers
Experience with sewing is a plus but not required. Training in each position will be provided before each shift. Please email volunteer@sciowa.org to sign up!
