The Genesis Youth Foundation provides services to children needed to level the playing field while empowering them and their immigrant families through athletic play, education, dance and song.
We offer a tutoring program for our youth that are falling behind in school. We ensure a respectful and nurturing educational experience for all youth regardless of their proficiency, recognizing that some are still struggling to integrate into the area and need assistance. Tutors are asked to commit to 1.5-2 hour sessions, once or twice per week. Bilingual students are encouraged to sign up, but speaking a second language is not required.
