Meals From The Market offers vendors and patrons at the Des Moines Farmers’ Market an opportunity to give back to the community by providing fresh food to the homeless and hungry. We need 12 volunteers each Saturday, stationed in different zones throughout the market, to connect with vendors and transport donated items in carts. Volunteers will also help DMARC staff load donations into a truck. Detailed information and a map of the market will be provided in an email after signing up!
Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.
