Sign up to be a Monthly Mailer!

At the beginning of each month, WesleyLife Meals on Wheels sends out 300 – 400 letters to clients. We need your help folding, labeling, and stuffing envelopes. Here are the details:

• Call or email Michelle to find a time that works for you (M-F 8:30am – 4:30pm).
• Come to the office at 944 18th Street in Des Moines.
• Take your temp at the new walk-up scanner and complete COVID screen.
• Materials will be set up in a room away from other staff and volunteers.
• More fun together – sign up with someone you can share a room with!
• Masks & good hand hygiene are required.

Students can also volunteer to make companion or birthday phone calls to program clients. Click below for more details about the Meals on Wheels program, and contact Michelle Leaverton for more information about volunteering.
