Check-in/Registration Table Helpers – 8:00-10:30
Manages t-shirt stock, takes shirts to Community State Bank volunteers, and records walker information if needed.
Traffic Controller
Directs incoming traffic to registration area or lower level of amphitheater.
Voter Registration Table– 8:00-10:30
Manages the Voter Registration table, which will have materials in English and Spanish promoting National Voter Registration Day on September 28th.
50/50 Raffle Ticket Sellers – 8:00-12:00
Sells tickets for the 50/50 raffle drawing (cash & t-shirt quilt).
Dog Spa Helper – 8:00-10:30
Manages dog spa area, distributes treats, and ensures dog bowls are filled. If traffic is low, one volunteer will weave through the crowd and let dog owners know about the treats & water bowls.
Face Painter – 8:00-10:30
Does temporary tattoos and face painting at the Kids Zone. If traffic is low, one volunteer will weave through the crowd and let parents with kids know about the area.
