Eat Greater Des Moines is organizing Operation: Fresh Produce Drop to help connect fresh foods to our community partners including: non-profits, community groups, churches, schools, affordable housing communities, and more! Volunteers will help load various boxes (7 pounds to 30 pounds) of assorted produce and dairy products into the vehicles of our partners using a drive-thru method. Due to the current pandemic, we require everyone to wear a mask. If you do not have one, a mask will be provided. Volunteers must be in good health and able to lift 25 pounds.
