The Science Center is looking for Daily Discovery Assistants throughout the summer! Help deliver effective and positive customer service, clean exhibits, be a general information source, remind visitors of social distancing and help staff with operational needs.
Volunteer for 8 hours each month to be an active Core Volunteer as a Daily Discovery Assistant.
Shift times:
8:30 am – 12:00 pm
12:45-4:00 pm
Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Core Virtual Training – Available every Wednesday from 3:00-4:00 pm (New volunteers)
Onsite Floor Training – Volunteers will shadow our staff throughout the exhibits. Shadowing shifts are from either 8:30 am – 12:30 pm on designated training days, TBD.
