Walnut Hills Fun Run Stretch leaders


Student Volunteers main duty is to “warm-up” each class as they come out to prepare for their run. Lead them in counting 10 jumping jacks, sit on the ground and reach their toes for 10 seconds in center and to each side, do some leg lunges, side lunges, straddle stretch, butterfly stretch, arm circles, bending forward to touch their toes. Also will get each class, encourage runners, and pass out treats.

Being present the entire day is not required any shift coverage will help!

Students must have a regularly scheduled open block during this time to be considered for Silver cord hours.
